• Handcrafted Nature: Since our team crafts designs from scratch, please note that each piece is unique. Minor variations in wood grain, natural leather markings, or fabric dye lots are a testament to the authentic craftsmanship of your furniture.

   

• Fabric & Color Accuracy: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings and photography lighting.

   

• Measurement Responsibility: We recommend measuring your doorways, hallways, and the intended room space before purchasing. Our delivery team is not equipped for hoisting furniture through windows or over balconies unless previously arranged.

   

• Lead Times: While standard items ship within 7–10 days, custom-designed furniture requires a dedicated production window. Our team will contact you directly with a specific timeline for bespoke creations.

   

• Care & Maintenance: To protect your 6-month warranty, please avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or using abrasive cleaning chemicals. We recommend using only approved upholstery cleaners or a damp microfiber cloth for wood surfaces.

   

• Payment & Production: For custom work, production slots are only secured once the stipulated deposit or full payment reflects in our account.

   

• Collections: Customers opting for self-collection should bring adequate padding and straps. The Business is not responsible for damage once the item has been loaded and leaves our workshop.

Since we do not offer cash refunds and operate primarily on an exchange-only basis for standard items, we have a specific process to ensure your request is handled efficiently:

• Notification: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery to initiate an exchange.

   

• Assessment: Provide your order number and photos of the item. Our team will verify that the piece is a standard design and not a custom "from scratch" creation, as bespoke items are strictly non-exchangeable.

   

• Condition Check: The item must be in its original, showroom condition. Any signs of wear, moisture damage, or sun exposure will void the exchange eligibility under our 6-month warranty and return terms.

   

• Logistics:

  • Return Transport: You may return the item to our workshop yourself, or we can arrange a collection.

     

  • Fees: Please note that a handling or restocking fee may apply, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

     

• Selection: Once the item is returned and inspected, you will be cleared to select an alternative piece of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

   

• Warranty Claims: If you are reporting a structural manufacturing defect within your 6-month warranty period, our team will first attempt to repair or replace the unit. Cash refunds remain excluded even in warranty cases.
