Refund Policy

At our furniture store, we take pride in our family legacy of entrepreneurship and the high-quality craftsmanship our team puts into every piece. Because we specialize in custom-made designs and bespoke upholstery, our refund policy is structured to support the labor-intensive nature of our work.

1 No Cash Refunds

In accordance with our manufacturing standards, we do not offer cash refunds for "change of heart" or if an item is found to be the incorrect size due to customer error.
We encourage all customers to measure their spaces carefully before finalizing an order.

2 Adjustment for Standard Items

Standard, non-customized items may be sent for adjustment within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an adjustment, the item must be in its original, showroom condition.
Please note that a handling fee may be applied to processed adjustments.

3. Custom & Bespoke Exclusions

Any furniture that is designed and built "from scratch" or customized with specific fabrics and dimensions is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Because these pieces are uniquely crafted to your specific vision, they cannot be resold to other customers.

4. 6-Month Quality Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, your purchase is protected by a 6-month structural warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and structural defects.
If a defect is identified within this period, we will prioritize repairing or replacing the item to ensure it meets our quality standards.
This guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, moisture damage, or damage from incorrect cleaning chemicals.

5. Cancellations

Orders for custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as materials are procured and designs are finalized specifically for your project.
