Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your handcrafted furniture arrives safely at your doorstep within South Africa. We take pride in our logistical process, treating every delivery with the same care we use during manufacturing.

1 Delivery Timelines

Standard Designs: For in-stock items or our standard furniture range, delivery generally takes between 7 to 10 working days.
Custom & Bespoke Orders: Since our team crafts custom designs from scratch, lead times for these items may vary. We will provide you with a specific estimated delivery date at the time your order is confirmed.

2 Delivery Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the item and the delivery distance from our workshop.
These costs will be clearly outlined in your final quote before payment is made.

3 Logistics & Site Access

Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that the ordered items can fit through doorways, hallways, and into the designated room.
Access Constraints: We do not offer hoisting services (lifting furniture over balconies or through windows) unless this has been pre-arranged and quoted for specifically.
Delivery Confirmation: Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window. Please ensure someone is present to inspect and sign for the goods.

4 Self-Collection Option

Customers have the option to collect their orders directly from our workshop.
Liability: While our 6-month warranty remains valid for structural defects, the business is not liable for any damage that occurs during transit or self-assembly if you choose the collection option.

5 Service Areas

We primarily serve the South African market.
For deliveries to outlying or remote areas, please note that additional lead times and surcharges may apply.
